– He holds a PhD in Construction from ENPC – École des Ponts ParisTech (France), one of the most prestigious engineering schools in Europe.

– He is the founder of TDP Organization – an ecosystem for business and human development built on the philosophy of: excellence – execution – sustainability.

– With over 10 years of experience in business management, leadership coaching, and organizational restructuring, he has worked alongside hundreds of SMEs in their journey of holistic transformation, from strategic thinking to core team development.

– He was also a founding member of An Phat Construction Company, a Coach at ActionCOACH Vietnam, and a training lecturer at BKE Institute – the 3-Rooted Business model, where he directly inspired and guided enterprises to reconnect with their core foundations and move toward sustainable growth.
