– He is one of Vietnam’s leading experts in agricultural economics, cooperatives, and rural development, with over 25 years of experience in research, teaching, and policy consulting.

– Currently serving as Vice Rector of the School of Public Policy & Rural Development, he leads training programs and strategic planning efforts that align agricultural development with the emerging context of a green and sustainable economy.

– As Vice President of the Vietnam Rice Industry Association, he actively works to enhance the value and global positioning of Vietnam’s rice sector.

– He has served as a senior advisor to various international organizations, including USAID, JICA, ILO, and the World Bank, contributing significantly to policy reform and rural community development.

– He is also a core member of the drafting committee for the national initiative to develop one million hectares of high-quality, low-emission rice—a strategic effort toward green transformation and value enhancement in Vietnam’s agricultural supply chains.
